We love to run. And we love to share this passion through our documentaries, pictures, and writing.
IRun4Ultra founder Linda Sanders is an award-winning film-maker, philanthropist, athlete, advocate, and mother. Her tireless work to improve conditions for children all over the world, particularly those living with ADHD, autism, and depression, has made her a fixture in the international running community, and her innovative documentary work is quickly building her reputation as one of the sport’s most influential promoters.
Sanders’s commitment to charity started early. Born in Spain and raised in Mexico, Sanders was one of six children, yet her mother often took care of other local kids whose parents weren’t able. The message was simple: “Share what you have and don’t expect anything in return.” By the time she was 10, Sanders had gotten the message. She would sneak out in the middle of the night to steal neglected or mistreated dogs, nurse them back to health, and adopt them out.
